Tailored Full Service Agreements
InterMed can custom fit full service agreements that include all travel, parts and labor. Scheduled preventative maintenance, reporting and customized payment options are included in full service agreements. Multiple payment options are available, so contact an InterMed Biomedical sales representative to discuss tailoring a full service agreement to fit your needs.
• Full service agreements may or may not include parts, depending on your needs.
• Regular hours of coverage are 8 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday, with after hours and holiday rates always available.
• Phone response is guaranteed within an hour and on-site response is guaranteed within 24 hours.
• Service records are meticulously maintained according to TJC and other regulatory agency preferences and are kept in a book on site and management are given print outs and reports as requested. We have never been cited in an audit!
• Consumables and damage and abuse are not included in full service agreement rates.
• Under PM agreements, corrective work will be performed at the preferred customer rate.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements
InterMed offers PM agreements for scheduled preventative maintenance of equipment (performed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, which is usually twice per year). Contact an InterMed Biomedical sales representative to discuss options for preventative maintenance agreements.
Jump Teams
• Jump Teams are a unique product that only InterMed offers. They are temporary teams of biomedical engineers that can assist with:
