The starting point is our state-of-the-art, real-time operating system. This system, our Strategic Asset Management Software (SAM), was developed using a Microsoft database engine and creative input from industry experts, InterMed Engineers, and client representatives. By focusing on the best qualities of existing programs, we created a flexible platform from which we tailor applications to meet our client's needs. It is an integral part of our Technology Management Program, and is maintained by our staff to facilitate service enhancements and provide priority response to each client's needs.
